Federal – Building 455, Joint Operations Center (JOC) Renovation

Design-Build services to reconfigure and renovate the basement in Building 455 to provide a primary location, for the Senior Mission Commander, that mitigates threats to the Fort Sill Army Base. The construction portion included the JOC, Command Conference Room, latrine expansion, break room, a multi-function common use area, and reconfiguration and relocation of existing offices. In addition, the IT solution designed consisted of a full IT insertion into the multi-purpose common area, break out rooms, JOC, and established connectivity between existing conference rooms on other floors of the building.

Federal – Building Bldg 3410, Impact Zone Addition

Design-Build services to provide a complete and usable design to add a Beer Garden to the exterior of the Impact Zone. The demolition portion of this project included removal of shrubs, ground lights, existing bar, existing concrete slab, and brick planters. The interior construction required a concrete bar, slab, planters, wrought iron fence, floor finishes, shelving, storage, and cold storage bin to include electrical service and distribution and lighting.

Federal – Building 500, Patriot Club Addition

Design-Build services to provide a complete and usable design to add a Beer Garden to the exterior of the Patriot Club.
