Liberty National Bank Renovation

This existing three floor, four-sided facility, was constructed as central operations command post for the local power utility company. The building is comprised of concrete columns, precast concrete floors, CMU block walls, and brick veneer. With the exclusion of the storefront entry, only 3 windows existed. The intent of this contract was to upgrade the exterior of the building. The exterior façade including precast panels, brick, and CMU were removed and new structural and architectural stone installed. Also, over 90 windows were installed along all three floors and on all sides of the building.

Ken’s Pharmacy

This project was to provide guidance on design and construct a 4,000 SF pharmacy. The work consisted of a slab-on-grade, pre-engineered metal building, standing seam roofing, stone veneer, and interior finishes.

Wavel Wells DDS Pediatric Clinic Renovation – Phase I

Renovation initially consisted of 1,800 square feet of existing office and clinic space being demolished. The build-out consisted of new mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, roofing, interior finishes, and dental casework to create a new dental clinic.

Wavel Wells DDS Pediatric Clinic Renovation – Phase II

Renovation of existing 3,400 square feet and construction of an additional 300 square feet of the Dental Clinic. Work consisted of new mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, roofing, interior finishes, and dental casework to create an addition to the new dental clinic.

Comanche County Courthouse HVAC Renovation

Provide construction management over a project that upgraded controls, replaced faulty equipment, and installation of new valves for the existing HVAC system. In addition, services were provided to calibrate all existing HVAC equipment.
